Over the Winter Holiday our staff had the opportunity to read all our customer feedback. The main problem we faced was Washington DC Gift Shop was not friendly on mobile phones and tablets. The second issue was the overall design was old and poor. We took these two issues to heart and with good ol' American Spirit we created a new version of DCGiftShop.com that works on all platforms and has a quicker download speed that we think our customers will appreciate.
