This hand made George Washington commemorative timepiece was produced to honor the 250th birth of George Washington, the first Commander and Chief and President of the United States. This beautifully styled silver pocket watch is quartz, with a white dial and embossed with black Roman numerals.

The front cover features the 1982 0.3617 oz Silver half dollar of President Washington on horseback. The inside depicts the eastern facade of Mount Vernon, George Washington's home. This was the first commemorative coin struck by the U.S. Mint in almost 30 years. It marked the beginning of the modern commemorative coin era.

The back cover bears another incredibly detailed, all hand-engraved American Bald Eagle surrounded by stars. This makes a beautiful Limited Production Heirloom for An elegant for any gentlemen; a truly perfect collectible gift.
